A volume franchise dealership in Nottingham is looking for an enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join their aftersales department. You will be the key link between the workshop and parts supply, ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time.
Duties
- Identify and source correct OEM parts using electronic parts catalogues (EPC).
- Process parts orders for workshop, retail, and trade customers accurately.
- Manage stock levels, carry out regular stock checks, and investigate discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service over the counter and by phone.
Profile
- Previous experience as a parts advisor in an automotive dealership or factor.
- Confidence with electronic parts catalogues and dealer management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under time pressure.
- A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
