A major industrial manufacturer is looking for a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their site engineering team in Stoke-on-Trent on a continental shift pattern. You will play a vital role in maximising plant availability and driving proactive maintenance across a complex production site.
The role
- Respond to planned and reactive maintenance requests across electrical and mechanical plant.
- Fault-find and repair on automated production lines, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Carry out PPM schedules and update the CMMS (SAP PM) accordingly.
- Support capital projects and equipment installations as required.
About you
- Apprentice-trained with a recognised electrical or mechanical engineering qualification.
- Strong fault-finding ability across both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Experience with PLC-controlled automated systems is an advantage.
- Able to work a rotating shift pattern including weekends.
